invisalign®

Invisalign® is a series of clear plastic aligning braces that can allow you to have your teeth straightened without the need for metal braces and wires in your mouth. Invisalign® aligners are custom moulded to your teeth after some detailed impressions are taken. Each set of aligners are worn for 22 hours per day over a 2 week period before proceeding to the next stage.

The advantages of Invisalign® are:
1) They are clear i.e. they are nearly invisible.
2) They are comfortable (there are no sharp wires or brackets that rub against your lips and cheeks.
3) They are removable. This enables you to clean and floss your teeth easily.
