How to Find Us

Directions

From Leeds, follow the M1 until Junction 40. Take the 1st exit onto the A638 signposted Wakefield. Continue forward on this road for 1.5 miles. St Michael’s Dental Practice is situated on the right hand side approximately 200 metres after the traffic lights at Morrisons supermarket and the McDonalds drive thru. We have limited free parking to the rear of the building. From Whitwood, join the M62 following signs for Leeds, Manchester. Leave at junction 29 and joine the M1 signposted London, Wakefield. From here follow directions as per from Leeds (above). To avoid the motorway follow a655 signposted Wakefield until the traffic signals at the A638. Turn right and follow A638 signposted M1, Dewsbury around the outskirts of Wakefield town (passing by Sainsbury’s and Cathedral retail Park). Continue on ths road, signposted Dewsbury, Batley, M1. After a sharp bend around St Michael’s church at the bottom of Westgate, continue past Netto, Fitness First and St Michaels’s cricket pitch all on your left hand side. We are directly after the cricket pitch on the left. We have limited free parking to the rear of our building.

Emergency Dental Service

We aim to provide emergency treatment as soon as possible. We would advise patients to contact the Practice during our normal opening hours, in which we reserve time for such occurrences from 12.30-1.00pm daily but it is important that you telephone to make an appointment. Outside surgery hours (including weekends and bank holidays) please call 111 . This “out of hours” service is purely for emergencies and trauma. Normal NHS fees apply.
